This newly constructed eight-story building is situated just south of Crotona Park in the Bronx. It is the second project that Dunn Development has co-developed with Community Access, Inc., a highly regarded non-profit housing and service provider. The building provides affordable housing for working families and formerly homeless adults with psychiatric disabilities in an integrated setting with a mix of studios and two bedroom apartments. Residents benefit from the huge (nearly 1/3 of an acre) and beautifully landscaped rear yard which features extensive plantings, seating areas and a children’s play area.
